Instead of manufacturing visual drama, Dye masterfully used the property’s water corridors, sandy runs, and natural hazards to dictate strategy, route risk-reward holes, and force intelligent position play. Each green complex stakes its own bold stance within the marsh, offering both bailout zones and true penalties for missed angles. The 2016 Dye-Lutzke restoration doubled down on player enjoyment while intensifying the demand for precise thinking—no single stretch repeats, and the course feels equal parts Florida wild and vintage Dye challenge.
